By accessing or using ReelTravel ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReelTravel is a two-sided marketplace platform that connects travel content creators with brands and businesses. Creators can upload short-form travel videos, and brands can license these assets for marketing and advertising purposes.

Our service includes:

• Content upload and management for creators
• Content licensing platform for brands
• Payment processing and revenue sharing
• Content discovery and search functionality

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use ReelTravel, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Creator Content

By uploading content to ReelTravel, creators represent and warrant that:

• They own all rights to the content or have proper authorization
• Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Content is original and not previously licensed exclusively to others
• All people appearing in content have provided appropriate consent

4.2 Content Licensing

When brands license content through ReelTravel:

• Non-exclusive licenses allow multiple brands to use the same content
• Exclusive licenses provide sole usage rights for specified periods and regions
• All licenses are for advertising and marketing purposes only
• Licensees must comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws

4.3 Platform Rights

ReelTravel retains the right to:

• Display content for platform promotional purposes
• Remove content that violates our guidelines
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

5. Revenue Sharing and Payments

5.1 Creator Revenue

Creators receive 70-80% of licensing fees, with ReelTravel retaining a 20% marketplace fee. Early creators may receive up to 90% on their first 5,000 credits earned.

5.2 Brand Pricing

Brands purchase credits to license content:

• Non-exclusive licenses: 50-100 credits
• Exclusive licenses: 200-400 credits
• Up to 25% of unused credits may roll over monthly

5.3 Payment Terms

Payments are processed within 30 days of the end of each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, share, or license content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Includes nudity, violence, or inappropriate material
• Promotes illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Contains misleading or false information

7. Platform Responsibilities and Limitations

ReelTravel provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability of the service
• Accuracy or quality of user-generated content
• Compatibility with third-party services
• Freedom from errors or interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelTravel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user content or third-party actions
• Total liability exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. ReelTravel may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Access to the platform will be revoked
• Outstanding payments will be processed according to our policies
• Previously licensed content rights remain valid
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
